Green Smoothie Nutriblast – my secret weapon

The easiest way for me to get my five-a day is to drink a green nutriblast for breakfast or lunch. This is my recipe, it tastes alright.

  1. Frozen Banana
  2. Strawberries (50g)
  3. Chia Seed 15 g
  4. Spinach 200 g
  5. Cucumber 1/3
  6. Celery sticks 3
  7. Almond Milk

Blend together the spinach/almond milk/cucumber first – I use a nutribullet but other blenders are available. Then add the rest and blend. It usually adds up to 300-400 calories.
