I know it may look a little bit horrible but I am on a healthy eating kick at the moment and I need to eat healthy filling things to keep me off the junk food. So I ditched the brand sauces and made some homemade basil pesto. It tasted pretty delicious.
Here is how you make it.
Make pasta. Blend avocado, parmesan, garlic, basil, nuts, olive oil together. Add it to pasta with mozzarella. Done.
